🤖 Shopify Sidekick integration
Sidekick, the AI assistant in your Shopify admin, can now answer from your CWILL Tracking data. Ask "where is #1048?" or "what's still not shipped on 1048?" and it replies with each shipment separately — status, carrier, destination, key dates, and the latest tracking event — then links you to that order in the app. Nothing to set up.
This first version handles one order at a time, and is read-only. Sweeping for stuck parcels, comparing carriers, and looking up a bare tracking number still live in the app; bulk questions are what we're building toward next.
🔗 A new format for tracking links
Tracking links now use a more secure format, giving your customers' order details stronger protection in shipping.
It applies automatically — to the notifications we send and to the tracking_link your integrations use. Links your customers already received keep working, so there's nothing to change on your side.
