Cross-border parcels often change hands right before they reach the doorstep: once a shipment enters the destination country, the local postal service usually takes over the final leg. This handoff is exactly where buyers tend to lose visibility—the parcel is still moving, but the "who has it now" question goes unanswered, and that silence is a leading driver of "Where is my order?" inquiries.

ParcelWILL now surfaces for postal shipments across the board, pulling the responsible carrier from the destination country's postal network. Your buyers can now see which local carrier is handling the final delivery, giving them a clear, reassuring answer at the most anxious stage of the journey—and reducing support tickets for your team.

A quick note: last-mile carrier data depends on the destination country's postal network sharing it back, so it won't be available for every shipment. When we can retrieve it, we'll show it automatically.

For merchants relying on a China-based supply chain, showing the live shipment location can be a double-edged sword—helpful for buyers, but risky if it reveals a sourcing origin you'd rather keep discreet.

We've added intelligent location handling to solve this. When is enabled and you've chosen to display the , ParcelWILL now automatically checks whether the parcel's current location is inside China:

No extra setup, no manual toggling—the right display is chosen for every shipment, automatically. It's a small change that gives dropshipping and China-sourced brands one less thing to worry about.
