We’ve expanded Order-to-delivery time analytics to give you deeper visibility into what happens before a shipment is on the move.
In addition to the overall order-to-delivery time, you can now track:
- Processing time
— how long it takes to prepare an order before it’s handed off to the carrier- Pickup time
— how long it takes for the carrier to pick up the shipment after it’s fulfilled
By breaking the total order-to-delivery cycle into actionable metrics—such as internal processing time and carrier pickup efficiency—it enables you to improve fulfillment efficiency, hold carriers accountable, and set more accurate delivery expectations.
